How to Apply for Admissions

The parents and students are expected, initially, to visit the school personally to see the school campus.
After getting the whole information about the school, the student has to fill up the following forms.
  • Admission Form
  • Personal Information Form
  • Consent Form
After filling up the forms, the following activities are expected to complete.
  • Basic Written Test
  • Interview

Finally, the admission is confirmed, if the student is willingly ready to stay in hostel and the parent is ready to follow the school rules and regulations.

Required Documents for admission

  • 1) Birth Date Certificate
  • 2) School Leaving Certificate
  • 3) Mark-Sheet Xerox
  • 4) Aadhar Card Xerox
  • 5) Rationing Card Xerox
  • 6) Nationalised Bank Passbook Xerox
  • 7) Identity Size 2 Photos
  • 8) Fitness Certificate of M.B.B.S/M.D. doctor/Medical Officer
  • 9) Hypatitis ‘A’ Vaccination Certificate
  • 10) Typhoid Vaccination Certificate

Note - The above-mentioned documents are to be submitted on a fixed date which is intimated to the parents after admission.
